That headline may or may not be true. Truth is, I do not know how John McCain feels about teaching children how to recognize inappropriate touching and inappropriate advances by adults.
I do know that this is an issue that is beyond debate. We have to teach our children how to protect themselves and we have to do it at a very early age.
I also know that Senator Barack Obama is for this type of education and I applaud him for that.
Now John McCain has put out negative ads attacking Barack Obama, calling this sex education for kindergarden students.
The fact that John McCain is willing to play politics with child abuse prevention tells me all I need to know about John McCain.
He will do anything to get elected. He does not care what is or is not true. He does not care how it affects anyone. The republican machine wants to hold onto the power they have had for the last eight years and will do absolutely anything to do so.
Note to John McCain; I understand with all of the sexual abuse that goes on in politics by politicians that you may not think anything of attacking someone for supporting child abuse prevention, but this is one issue you should have left alone.
